Takabajee Terms of Use — What Do You Need to Follow?
Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on the takabajee platform. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us. Continued use of the platform will be taken as your agreement to all of these terms.
General Terms of Use — Who Can Use the Platform?
The takabajee platform is open only to individuals aged 18 or older. Users from regions where online betting is legally prohibited may not use this platform. All information provided during account registration must be accurate and truthful — accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time. Each individual may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential — takabajee will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from sharing them with others.
Account Verification
Takabajee may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals or large transactions may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. If the required information is not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed. We follow this process to ensure user protection and platform security.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made through the platform's designated methods. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may change from time to time and will be displayed on the platform. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted — payments must be made through the registered user's own method. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, takabajee reserves the right to freeze the transaction and may notify law enforcement if necessary. All payments are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳).
Betting Rules
The specific rules for each betting event are listed separately on the platform and must be read before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will typically be refunded, though the final decision remains at takabajee's discretion. We reserve the right to void any bet processed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. Please bet responsibly and we advise against wagering more than you can afford.
Platform Rights & Responsibilities — What's Important to Know?
Takabajee reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and we will endeavour to give users advance notice of significant changes. We may temporarily take the platform offline for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons in order to maintain service quality. takabajee bears limited liability for any losses resulting from technical issues, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. The platform is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device, internet connection, or software. All platform content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property are protected — use without permission is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent activities against other users will be treated as a punishable offence. Operating an account under the identity of another person or organisation, and attempting to breach the platform's security measures, are strictly prohibited. The account of any user involved in such activities will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through mediation. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. By using the platform, users are considered to have agreed to these terms, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal matters.
